Due to our continuing growth we are now recruiting for a sales administrator to join our team. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have responsibility for the sales order processing function of the company and you will report to the Sales Office Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sales Order Processing.
  • Purchase Order Processing.
  • Stock Control.
  • Expediting orders.
  • Invoicing.
  • Communicating with customers on the telephone and by e-mail.
  • Liaising with the sales team and other departments.
  • All other aspects of administration in a busy sales office.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal person will be computer literate having had previous experience in a similar role. A good knowledge of Microsoft office and preferably Sage accounting will be required, as well as an appreciation of good customer care techniques and an excellent telephone manner.

Benefits

£17,000 per annum + Company Bonus scheme. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing 1 day per year to 25 after qualifying period, private healthcare after 1 years service, 5% pension and car parking.
